Clubmark

Chobham CC like many sporting clubs with youth sections is working hard towards achieving Clubmark Accreditation. Achieving Clubmark will demonstrate to parents and members that we are a ‘safe’ well run club and assist us in gaining access to funding to enhance our facilities. Clubmark is Sport England’s cross-sport quality accreditation for clubs with junior sections. Sports clubs that work with children and young people need and deserve support to improve the quality of work they do so that they can:

ü                              Ensure the well-being of young people whilst in the care of adults, other than their legal parent(s)/care(s).  

ü                              Enthuse young people to enjoy sport and active recreation to build a healthy and active lifestyle.

ü                              Enable young people to use their leisure time creatively.

ü                              Allow young people to optimise their talents and personal ability.
